I am a graduate of The School of Communication, India, with a degree in Journalism and Advertising. I love observing people and patterns around me which has earned me the title of a daydreamer. I am attracted to any form of art which tells an interesting story and I try achieving the same through my own work as well.
Since my childhood, I have been intrigued by distinct the ‘brand images’ and the innovative communication techniques several companies had adopted. This growing interest led me to pursue a career in Advertising during which I worked with agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather on brands Vodafone, Fevicol and Exim Bank.
I solely managed the rebranding of a golfing company – Golftrade, by applying my skills in Web Design, Social Media Marketing and Graphic Design. As a full time Freelancer, I realized that excelling in the field of branding would require a stronger theoretical base in creating brand-stories and identities.
Through this course, I hope to gain practical and theoretical knowledge, required to overcome real-life challenges with customers and evaluate information from the brand-market. Technical knowledge and business literacy from leading industry professionals will enable me to manifest my dream of having my own creative studio.
I am looking forward to an invaluable academic experience SVA and from it, hope to emerge as an efficient creative strategist.
