Clare Albers

Clare is a brand strategist and storyteller, joining SVA’s program from Vermont where she worked in creative marketing and branding for six years. Her work has spanned both in-house and agency environments where she gained experience in brand identity development, content strategy, client management, art direction and copywriting. She loves the challenge of being responsible for everything from big-picture strategies to nitty-gritty implementation and believes that brands are like ecosystems, best managed with a holistic perspective. Driven by deep intellectual curiosities in culture, people and design, Clare is looking forward to gaining new skills and perspective in this increasingly relevant and endlessly fascinating field. 


While in this program, she is working as a brand storytelling consultant and freelance brand strategist. Outside of work, Clare spends her time cooking, reading, Podcasting, writing, and proudly mothering her English Springer Spaniel.
