Matei Schwartz is a Romanian-born creative entrepreneur, creativity + branding enthusiast, and team facilitator.
He is 30 years old and has been working in and with creative teams for more than 10 years now. His first professional experiences were in the newsroom – working as a fulltime editor for Time Out Bucharest and for the Romanian edition of GQ. He started his own small business (an online lifestyle shop) in 2008. In 2013 (after several entrepreneurial failures), he co-founded CNS factory – a creative + branding consultancy agency that develops cultural branding programs for service organizations, aims to ignite their creative confidence, and helps them innovate more– mostly in their communications.
His background is a mix between journalism, fashion, and communication studies. He holds a BA in Advertising from the University of Bucharest and he is certified to practice the FourSight® Breakthrough Thinking Profile – an innovation framework for teams, based on a bullet-proofed assessment of our innate preferences in the creative-problem-solving process. He is obsessed with teaching people and teams to become more creative.
