Ina Dimitrova is a graphic design professional with nine years of experience working both in-house and in several of New York’s top agencies. She currently holds a full-time position as Senior Branding Designer in FCB’s branding department, where she engages in comprehensive brand identity assignments for pharmaceutical clients, including Bayer, AbbVie, Janssen, Novartis, Gilead, Boehringer Ingelheim and TEVA.
Ina began her career in her native Bulgaria, at a small design house while studying graphic design at New Bulgarian University. Seeking to expand her international profile, Ina transferred to St. John’s University in New York in 2009, completing an internship at Mother Design and eventually earning her BFA in Fine Arts Summa Cum Laude. She also holds a diploma in Garment Technology from the Fashion High School in Bulgaria.
Ina has held positions at several of New York’s top agencies, including BBH New York, where she built her portfolio around national and international brands, such as PlayStation, Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Axe, Vaseline, Westin Hotels & Resorts and Newell Rubbermaid. Prior to joining the agency world, Ina served as an in-house designer at DirecTV.
Ina’s professional experiences extend beyond graphic design. In Bulgaria, she held positions as Group Garment Technologist Supervisor for the French underwear brand, DIM, and Visual Merchandiser and Store Manager for the French men’s apparel brand, Celio.
Ina’s international awareness and diverse professional experience infuse her design aesthetic and yearning for new opportunities in the creative world.
