EB May

EB May has always had a passion for the arts, but it was while she participated in all aspects of the creation and production of new, Broadway-bound musicals at DreamWorks where she fell in love with branding and design. Wanting to hone her skills, she studied typography, graphic design, and marketing strategy at Parsons and NYU. 


She earned a BFA in Acting at Syracuse University, which gave her a strong, integrated foundation in character analysis, history, relationships, communication, and storytelling. She believes successful branding, similar to acting, embodies a wide range of disciplines but at its core, it requires a deep understanding of people, the character of an organization, and its target audience. 


EB (a nickname for Elizabeth) also loves dancing, hiking, and following (too many?) puppies on social media. She was born and raised in Midtown Manhattan.


The curriculum for The Masters in Branding Program allows students to create frameworks to guide brand, design and business development, critically evaluate brand, business, marketing and design strategies and Master the intellectual link between leadership and creativity. Learn more...
