Mary DiBiasio

Mary first learned visual language through the practice of being an artist.  Her increasing fascination with the concept of Value led her towards the territory of retail…A frontier where she would be able to actively explore the consequential relationship of Value and Cost.

Within the context of lifestyle brands, Mary exercises her creativity daily by designing selling vignettes. As an ever-evolving physical manifestation, this process allows her to conceive interactive installations that elicit energy in the form of thought, dialogue, and spending from participants including employees and customers. By curating and composing meticulous narratives that combine a wide range of objects, Mary actualizes our desires and effectively transforms them into a monetary transaction.

In joining the SVA Branding community, Mary looks forward to investigating her passions: The conversion of human value into conscious intention, personal branding as a vehicle to create alignment between action and intention, and the emotional relationship we have with consumerism.

The curriculum for The Masters in Branding Program allows students to create frameworks to guide brand, design and business development, critically evaluate brand, business, marketing and design strategies and Master the intellectual link between leadership and creativity. Learn more...
