Anna-Rae Morris

Growing up in Auckland, New Zealand Anna-Rae graduated with an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design and a Minor in Photography. After working as in house designer within a marketing team for a few years she started to question the role of design in business and saw that a brand’s story and the way it presented itself were essential tools for success.

Anna-Rae wants to help businesses reach their full potential by designing experiences and services that create meaningful connections with the user and in turn allow them to transform their business. She is interested in the ‘why’ and believes a compelling brand purpose is the heart and lifeline of any organization.

She joined the School of Visual Arts Masters in Branding program to better understand how design and business affect culture and how the two can work together to develop businesses and create meaningful brands.

When she isn’t designing she can be found binge watching television series on her laptop, eating good food and admiring films and photography.

The curriculum for The Masters in Branding Program allows students to create frameworks to guide brand, design and business development, critically evaluate brand, business, marketing and design strategies and Master the intellectual link between leadership and creativity. Learn more...
