Razzie Martinez

Born in the heart of the Bronx, Raziel grew up highly aware of how brands and branding can represent and create an ideal or image that individuals want to portray to the world. In his community, certain brands were central to social life while others made no impact. He is interested in understanding how a brand establishes itself and picks its target demographic. He's also very interested in applying branding strategies to non-profit organizations.

After graduating from Lehman College with a degree in Sociology and a double minor in Business and Multi-Media Studies he worked at a non-profit school for children with special needs, until deciding to pursue his passion and enroll in SVA's branding program.

In his spare time he enjoys taking advantage of all the wonderful food the city has to offer, traveling, spending time with his dog, and rollerblading along the Hudson River.

The curriculum for The Masters in Branding Program allows students to create frameworks to guide brand, design and business development, critically evaluate brand, business, marketing and design strategies and Master the intellectual link between leadership and creativity. Learn more...
