Bahar is a recent graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design's Class of 2011, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Throughout Risd her work has been described as systematic, pragmatic, prolific, articulate and empirical. Besides her studies, she has applied her insights to brands such as Conde Nast's Vogue Turkey and Tatler Russia, Adquarters design agency in Istanbul as well as the Wolfsonian Museum in Miami Beach, FL. Utilizing mediums such as information architecture, visual language and storytelling, her personal interests as a designer include; indeterminacy, invisibility, simultaneity and dichotomies in addition to concepts of self and the world as a student of biculturalism herself. Her senior degree project was a visual and interpretive dissertation on cognitive processes, specifically the synthetic nature of human thought and the progression of unlimited semiosis concerning the making of meaning.
