Todd Damon


Todd Damon graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA, majoring in Advertising Design. He started his package design experience at Revlon as a Designer on color cosmetics, fragrances, department store brands and visual merchandising.


Todd moved onto The Campbell Soup Company as Sr. Designer where he worked for more than 2 years supporting the iconic Red & White condensed soups, Chunky and Swanson Broth which included promotional activations such as celebrity sports endorsements and on-pack sweepstakes programs.


He was hired as a Vice President for GunnDesign, which is a small, yet established design firm in Boston. There he worked with a variety of New England based companies like Ocean Spray, Avalon Water and The Gillette Company.


He joined The Gillette Company as Sr. Design Manager, where he has remained through the acquisition of Gillette by Proctor & Gamble. His role has included almost every business and brand within the Gillette, such as Personal Care, Oral Care and the iconic Blades and Razors. His responsibility expanded into Gillette’s Sports Marketing efforts that included FIFA World Cup, NASCAR, Collegiate & Professional Sports, as well as The Gillette Stadium, home of The New England Patriots.

The curriculum for The Masters in Branding Program allows students to create frameworks to guide brand, design and business development, critically evaluate brand, business, marketing and design strategies and Master the intellectual link between leadership and creativity. Learn more...
