H. Stuart Foster, Vice President of Marketing for Luxury at Hilton Worldwide leads all marketing efforts on behalf of Conrad and Waldorf Astoria Brands. Stuart has extensive experience in developing, shepherding and promoting global luxury brands at Moët-Hennessy and L’Oreal.
During his 15-year tenure with Moët-Hennessy, Stuart utilized his deep marketing and sales experience, and superior consumer insight and activation skills to provide leadership in some of the world’s top markets, including New York, Paris and Tokyo. He has developed and implemented a brand renewal strategy for the world’s #1 luxury champagne brand that added an estimated $250 million in brand value. Stuart has reinvigorated brands across channels while developing visibility and presence in hotels, restaurants and wine shops. Stuart has been successful in accelerating brands’ growth and achieving top market position globally in terms of both profit and volume.
Fluent in English and French and proficient in Japanese, Stuart brings a true global perspective to his role with the Luxury Brands of Hilton Worldwide. Stuart is responsible for the strategic development and global positioning for Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Hotels & Resorts. He is charged with leading these brands’ overall marketing initiatives to drive revenue, improve market share, build brand loyalty and support brand growth.
With two decades of branding and marketing experience, Stuart is uniquely equipped to develop the positioning of luxury brands and achieve even higher levels of success. He received his Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.
