Jason Cha


Jason is a Capability Specialist who has over ten years of experience in innovation strategy and training, and has developed new product, service and business ideas for companies such as Diageo, ESPN, Gatorade, Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg's, Microsoft, PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble. The only thing that he finds more exciting than coming up with new innovations is helping others do it for themselves.


Before joining ?What If!, Jason was a Strategic Director at Redscout, a strategy and design firm that specializes in brand-driven innovation for Fortune 500 companies. He has also been a strategist for marketing consultancies and communications agencies, such as Egg Strategy and Publicis. He contributed to the book, The Culting of Brands by Douglas Atkin, and has been a speaker at the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA) Account Planning Conference. He has a BA in Psychology from Brown University.


As an avid sports fan and recreational athlete, Jason likes to spend his free time working on his tennis game, hiking up mountains and rooting for Chicago sports teams.
