Erik Fabian


Erik Fabian is the Director of Brand & PR for Moleskine America. He provides strategic direction, leadership, and storytelling to ensure the core values and narratives of the Moleskine brand are shared with fans across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Erik leads a team responsible for partnerships including design collaborations, digital initiatives, and events. During his time at Moleskine, Erik has created partnership with brands like: Tumblr, the Telluride Film Festival,, the Broadway musical FUN HOME, the Future of Storytelling Conference, the French Embassy in NYC, the School of Visual Arts, Sean Kelly Gallery, and the Instagram based street-art gallery Instagrafite. His design collaborations have included projects with artists: Marina Abramovi?, Kehinde Willey, and Sarah Sze.


Erik is a long-time impresario and artist/performer. In his life before Moleskine he supported brand building and innovation through group facilitation, and designing the way people interact in live space for events and experiential marketing. His first project after college was founding a performance festival and directed it for two years. 


He is a graduate of the Master of Fine Arts program at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and the experimental liberal arts curriculum at the Evergreen State College.

The curriculum for The Masters in Branding Program allows students to create frameworks to guide brand, design and business development, critically evaluate brand, business, marketing and design strategies and Master the intellectual link between leadership and creativity. Learn more...
