Anike Patel


Anika believes in alchemy and knows that, with the right combination of insight, inspiration, and effort, anyone can transform themselves into a more creative person. As an Inventor in the Culture & Capability practice, she helps people achieve their creative potential so they can have a more positive impact on their lives and the lives of others.


Anika uses her diverse and multi-disciplinary background—including a B.A. in history, training in applied psychology, and experience in keynote speaking and session facilitation—to help organizations create cultures of innovation. Prior to joining ?What If!, she spent five years at PwC and Capgemini designing and delivering customized programs to solve complex business challenges.


Anika is an avid traveler, having visited over 50 countries and counting. An Australian now living in New York, she is fascinated by exploring the sights and smells of her new home—whether leading food safaris to sample the delights of the city, fossicking (or in American English, “rummaging”) for hidden gems at flea markets, or finding ways out of the city for a hiking adventure.
