Ale is relentless about getting to inspiring and meaningful outcomes. Whether she is developing a bar for a casino or inventing the next breakfast food, she will fuel the creative journey with inspiration from diverse markets and industries and develop disruptive and immersive mechanisms to get to brilliant insights and ideas.
Her core experience is in CPG, including working client side as a Brand Manager for Dannon for 4+ years. Her consulting engagements include the development of a global innovation pipeline for Kellogg’s Special K, developing shower innovations for Unilever’s Axe and Dove businesses and helping Mars break barriers of consumption with commercial and product innovation for M&M’s, Twix and Snickers. She has also done a great deal of work in industries including banking, fashion, communication, publishing, advertising and hospitality.
As a consultant, moderator and facilitator Ale blends her work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business, a Master's in Consumer Understanding from DePaul University, and a Graduate degree in Integrated Marketing from the University of Chicago, coupled with her multicultural background, having lived and worked in more than 10 industries in Mexico, England and the United States and you can be sure she will provide strategic insight and possibilities that challenge common perspectives.
She is always finding ways to channel her energy running, climbing, swimming, biking or trying out new studio classes around New York. Her newfound passion is surfing and she is scouting destinations to one day open her own surf lodge by the beach.
